These terms govern your use of the IamChat.ai public surfaces, including guest conversations, optional Google sign-in, and future subscription tiers.
Using the service
You may use IamChat.ai only in lawful ways and only if you are able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use responses generated by the service.
Guest mode and accounts
IamChat.ai may allow limited use before account sign-in. Guest access exists to lower friction, and guest continuity is browser-session scoped rather than a guarantee of permanent storage. Signing in starts a fresh account boundary. Future account tiers may include Free, Pro, and other plans with time-bound or feature-bound access rules.
Memory and controls
Personal memory is account-scoped and may help only when signed-in context is available for that turn. Memory visibility, delete, and export controls are future product controls unless they appear explicitly in the product with acceptance proof. Changes and availability
We may evolve features, limits, plans, and operational safeguards over time. We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect users, the platform, or the integrity of the system.
